1. Account Registration and Eligibility

1.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for an ag77 account and participate in any betting or gaming activities on our platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Bangladesh. ag77 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, and failure to provide such documentation may result in account suspension or closure with forfeiture of funds.

1.2 Account Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if changes occur. Your account credentials including username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify ag77 customer support immediately.

1.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one ag77 account. Creating multiple accounts whether under the same name or different identities is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances, winnings, and bonus funds. ag77 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, payment methods, device fingerprints, IP addresses, and behavioral patterns.

1.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions

While ag77 primarily serves Bangladesh, certain jurisdictions may prohibit or restrict online gambling. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ag77 services complies with all applicable laws in your location. ag77 does not accept players from jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly illegal, and we reserve the right to restrict access from specific regions at our discretion.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

2.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

ag77 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer from Bangladeshi financial institutions. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but generally start at ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account verification level and payment method capacity. All deposits must be made from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits including transfers from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business associates are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

2.2 Withdrawal Procedures

You may request withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposits. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 require enhanced verification including identity document submission. ag77 reserves the right to request additional documentation to prevent money laundering and verify account ownership before processing any withdrawal request.

2.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests may be subject to review and approval by ag77's compliance team. We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, collusion, or violation of any terms. Bonus funds must meet specified wagering requirements before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. All withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka and any currency conversion fees are borne by the payment provider, not ag77.

2.4 Transaction Fees

ag77 does not charge transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals via bKash and Nagad for standard amounts. However, your payment provider may impose their own service charges which are beyond our control. Bank transfer withdrawals may incur processing fees depending on the receiving bank's policies. Any third-party fees are the sole responsibility of the player.

3. Betting Rules and Market Regulations

3.1 Bet Acceptance and Confirmation

A bet is not valid until confirmed by the ag77 system and a unique bet ID is generated. Odds are subject to change in real-time, and the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager, not the odds displayed when you initiated the bet selection. ag77 reserves the right to reject or limit any bet for any reason, including but not limited to suspected arbitrage activity, irregular betting patterns, or when we determine that accepting the bet poses unacceptable risk to our operations.

3.2 Settlement of Bets

All bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport or event. In the case of cricket matches, results are based on official match reports from the ICC, BPL, IPL, or other recognized cricket authorities. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, specific market rules apply as detailed in our sport-specific betting rules. Settlement errors must be reported within 30 days of the bet being placed, after which results are considered final and binding.

3.3 Live In-Play Betting

Live betting markets are subject to short acceptance delays due to the time required to transmit data and update odds. During this delay period, events may occur on the field that affect the outcome of your bet. ag77 employs automated systems to suspend markets immediately following significant events, but some bets may be accepted during transition periods. In cases where bets are placed after an outcome is already determined but before markets are suspended, such bets may be voided at ag77's discretion.

3.4 Void Bets and Cancellations

ag77 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious error including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event information, technical glitches, or when we determine that unfair advantage was obtained through exploitation of system vulnerabilities. Void bets are refunded at the original stake amount with no profit or loss. Players who repeatedly attempt to exploit errors or system weaknesses may have their accounts permanently closed.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 Bonus Terms Acceptance

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be read and accepted before claiming the bonus. Bonus terms include wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, time limits, and withdrawal conditions. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds. 4.2 Wagering Requirements

4.3 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

ag77 strictly prohibits bonus abuse including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion repeatedly, coordinated betting with other players to guarantee profits, exploiting software errors or loopholes, or any other activity designed to circumvent bonus terms. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, associated winnings confiscated, and accounts permanently closed. ag77 may also take legal action and report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.

4.4 Promotion Modifications

ag77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect players who have already qualified for the promotion, but may prevent new players from participating. In cases of promotional disputes, ag77's decision is final and binding.

5. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

5.1 Self-Assessment

ag77 encourages all players to assess their gambling behavior regularly. Warning signs of problem gambling include betting more than you can afford to lose, chasing losses, neglecting personal or professional responsibilities due to gambling, borrowing money to gamble, or feeling anxious or irritable when unable to gamble. 5.2 Deposit Limits and Controls

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately for increases and after a 24-hour cooling-off period for decreases. These limits are personal commitments and cannot be removed or increased without completing the designated waiting period.

5.3 Self-Exclusion and Time-Outs

If you feel that gambling is becoming problematic, you may request a temporary time-out period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days during which your account will be inaccessible. For more serious concerns, you may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months or permanent closure. 6. Account Suspension and Termination

6.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your ag77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after all pending bets are settled and any applicable wagering requirements are met. Bonus funds and unmet promotional obligations will be forfeited upon account closure.

6.2 ag77-Initiated Suspension

ag77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if we determine that the account holder has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or posed a risk to the integrity of our platform. In such cases, ag77 may withhold funds pending investigation and may forfeit balances if violations are confirmed. Account closure decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

6.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of ৳500 per month deducted from the remaining balance. If the account balance reaches zero due to inactivity fees, the account may be permanently closed. To prevent inactivity designation, simply log in to your account at least once per year.

7. Intellectual Property and Content Usage

7.1 Platform Ownership

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on the ag77 platform are owned by ag77 or licensed to us by third parties. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content from our platform without express written permission from ag77. Unauthorized use constitutes infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

7.2 User-Generated Content

Any content you submit to ag77 including but not limited to comments, feedback, suggestions, or communications grants ag77 a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for any purpose. You represent that any content you submit does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any third party.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

ag77 strives to maintain uninterrupted platform access but cannot guarantee continuous, error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, and circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. ag77 shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or missed betting opportunities arising from service interruptions, provided we take reasonable steps to minimise downtime and communicate planned maintenance in advance.

8.2 Accuracy of Information

While ag77 makes every effort to ensure accuracy of odds, scores, statistics, and other information displayed on the platform, errors may occasionally occur. We do not warrant that such information is accurate, complete, or current. Reliance on any information provided by ag77 for purposes other than placing bets on our own platform is at your own risk. ag77 is not responsible for decisions made based on information displayed on our platform.

8.3 Exclusion of Consequential Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ag77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8.4 Force Majeure

ag77 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, labour disputes, internet infrastructure failures, or other circumstances constituting force majeure. In such events, our obligations are suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 Data Collection

ag77 collects and processes personal data as necessary to provide our services, verify your identity, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve our platform. The types of data we collect include registration information, payment details, betting history, device identifiers, IP addresses, and communications with our support team. 9.2 Data Security

By using our services, you consent to such jurisdiction and waive any objections based on forum inconvenience.

10.3 Amendments to These Terms

ag77 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 10.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the agreement if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the severance of any invalid provision.
